My Experience during Job Training

I started my job training from July 2^nd  until August 31^st , 2012. Why did I do the job training on it ? Because, I got the first period to do this job training. The first period was held on July until August 2012, and the second period held on September until October 2012. That was a benefit for me to get the first, because that time was a lot of vacation, and the lesson nor effective.

I followed my job training in Nasmoco Solo Baru Workshop. It is address on Solo Permai street, 1^st block JA. The workshop is located beside of Daihatsu workshop. And in front of there was the building of the Soba shophouse. The atmosphere on that street was looked very busy. So, I must becarefully if I pass on there (that street) to reach the workshop.

In Nasmoco Solo Baru workshop has 30^th  officials. They are divisible in a few group. Balance spooring group taking three man, AC group taking two man, one man as tool keeper, three man again as foreman, and other man divisible in three mechanic group. Every mechanic group was leaded one foreman. In the workshop has 21^st  stall to serve service and repair the car. In some stall was installed car lift to repair the car.

I was getting more experience from there, for examples I can tune up engine with right procedure, find some problem in the car, repair easy trouble, overhaul engine cooling system, brake system, repair cluth system, overhaul oil carter, cover timming, silinder head, see a new car, touch more parts in luxury car, feel coldness AC in luxury car, know how to be mechanic and know how to work in the field.

On there, I see some new friends from other school, they were following job training like I do. Every morning before the workshop open, we have duty office, me and friends were doing picket, clean many more tools, the table tools, car lift, drain oil bucket, and arrange equipments for service.
